I'm amazed at how someone I know can do that. Obviously, it was done on purpose when you tremendously sure I would see that. Honestly, I was upset seeing that initially. But thinking you don't even appreciate, why should I.
After a deep thought, perhaps you aren't the one who I gonna treasure like how I always treasure others who I really care.
I don't care anymore. Seriously. Bye.

Vacation
Precious 2 months holidays. I've been spending its beginning pretty well until last 3 weeks, I spent most of time at home, practically doing nothing. If you assume sleeping, watching dramas, surfing internet and eating are nothing spectacular, then yes, I've been doing nothing since the last trip to Redang Island.
Kinda remorseful why didn't I get into serious planning where to go for vacation when Airasia was doing promotion. I guess I was not bold enough to think of any vacation since Finals is a definitely dreadful thing to think of during that time. Yes, how if I don't pass the Finals (which I eventually passed.ohyesletmedieofhappiness), and wouldn't the flight tickets become trash? Expensive trash.
Nevertheless, went to Tioman Island as the first graduation trip and yes, I'm relieved to say Tioman is definitely a place worth to visit. At least it didn't let me down. Although some improvements have to be made onto the night activities, its snorkelling is definitely something one shouldn't miss. Omit the food which are a tremendous letdown, let's not forget its picturesque scenery, certainly a competitor to Redang Island.
Next is the trip I enjoyed and have been looking forward to--Bangkok! Probably one would wonder what's so great about this neighbour country, and some may describe it as 'dark'. Well, I had been thinking the same until I came across some blogs which regard Bangkok as their fav city. Why not explore when the city is so near and definitely would not cause burn at your wallet? Grabbed him along and off to lotsa lotsa street foods. Merchandises aren't cheap and bargaining isn't easy, we did not buy much. It's okay as our main concern was eating! Don't think every tomyam there is yummy, well certainly not, some were tasteless to my taste buds. I was so longing to go to its skybar, they said one should go to Bangkok skybar, but I missed it. We were so tired at the end of the day, that we just went to massage and hotel room immediately and sealed the day. On next trip I will definitely visit Khao San Rd and Thong Lor and few other night markets!
Last, Redang Island. Honestly the least fav trip. The island isn't as beautiful as it used to be. Fishes are getting less and my body got so itchy after playing at the sea. Polluted? Looks like it is. Well, only the food is something to be hapy about.
Seeing friends went to Busan, Macao, Europe. Some went to Bali, Taipei. Which one I would visit next (only when i have the time and cash)? Japan I would say. I was perplexed when people says you definitely would not appreciate Jap if you don't watch Jap Anime? Is it like you definitely would not appreciate China if you never read 三国演义?Well, everything is so advanced now, everything is at the tip of your fingers when you ever have any doubts. If not, why would there bloggers bother to travel and writing travel blogs? I don't ever think the angmohs backpackers reading 三国。
Well that's all!

English
Read few tweets which the writer actually questioned why those people whose 1st language isn't English, tend to put an unnecessary 's' in words or 'the' in sentences when they speak English. Probably I'm kind of sensitive person, but this remark certainly filled me with rage.
Those people obviously, they didn't get used to converse in English. Their parents speak to them using their respective mother tongue. When they enter elementary and secondary school, again they speak languages other than English with their friends. In university, they hardly speak English as well, perhaps only when confronting lecturers, they do speak a tad amount of English. So, how could you expect someone who didn't speak much English for almost 2 decades, able to converse English in a proper or even near to perfection way?
Their parents probably had their education completed until primary level, or the parents did not see the importance of English back then, or perhaps, their parents weren't/aren't an English teacher.
Those people, I could see, they actually tried hard to speak English. I have to admit I am one of those who does not able to speak perfect English. I am trying to improve and I believe those people are trying hard as I am, or probably more.

When we speak English, and you hear something unpleasant to you, do not critics at the back. Keep in mind that everything has space for improvement. Who knows one day, we may outshine you. ;)

Coffee Polaroid
I drink coffee more than often, definitely not because I love to, but I need to. Especially when it comes to rushing case summaries or revising at late hours and I need it as an eye-opener.
Nevertheless, coffee arts are certainly something I really fond of. Looking at those arts gave me a tranquil mind which I always look for after hectic classes/rounds in uni.
These are pretty much the 'collections' of coffee I had. I would never give a second thought to seek more.
Cappucino @ McCafe. Pretty art but not impressive taste.
Cappucino @ Puran B.
Looks like teh tarik, but if I'm not mistaken, it's actually cappucino as well. Don't order this in Food Foundry.
Latte @ Coffee in Love
Overjoyed when I saw this was served on my bday! :)
An evening with Americano @ Coffee in Love
Another Evening session with Latte @ Coffeein Love
Another cup of latte I guess @ McCafe
Latte and uhm cant remember @ Lewisgene
Cappucino, Malibu Rum+Espresso, Honey Latte and Latte @ Lewisgene
Latte, Flat WHite @ J&D Espresso
Mocha, Flat White @ Butter and Beans at Seventeen
yeha that's all :)

Bye Psychiatry
Prof Ng: 'After today, it's going to be at least 3 years before u come into contact with Psychiatry again.'
His words left me pondering, whoa, he's right, I gonna sit for my finals in 10 months time and start my career soon. There is no Psychiatry posting in Housemanship. I'm truly glad we are at least able to learn Psychiatry in medical school. I have to say Psychiatry patients are certainly difficult, most of them have very poor awareness of their illness. They may tell you they are well for the past 1 year or so, well in fact they have been behaving abnormally/aggresively and this could only be told by their family.
Talking to a Depressive patient is difficult. The stressful event that is so overwhelming easily exacerbate the depression in them. If I were them, I even question myself would I be able to withstand the stress? Or I might be like them, fell into the depression trip. I certainly comprehend the helplessness in them, I came across many close relatives/friends who were as depressed as they are. I have to say friends and family are the best support elements. My friends and I jokingly remarked that no matter what happened in coming future, we have to keep in contact, in case we need each other, or else you may see my face appeared on front-line due to a complete suicide attempt.
Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder patients are not easy either. They mumble a lot of irrelevant things, not answering your questions, suddenly shun you away because they lost interest to talk to you. It is very saddening to see teenager to be diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Most of them have their condition deteriorating and probably could not even get themselves a stable job, placing a burden onto family. Be aware of it, if suspected, get an assessment. It's always better to detect it early.
Have to admit Psychiatry problems are so rampant nowadays, it can be co-existing with any medical conditions you name it.
Not to forget all the lecturers, Prof Z who I mistakenly (or maybe everyone) assumed she is the most sternful lecturer. Well she is certainly not, she can be so motherly sometimes haha. Still, Prof S won the first position in me, the dedication and interest to teach students really inspiring. I learn the most from him, he may be the inspiration for me to major in Psychiatry later.
Hmm that's all. Next Orthopaedics! Let's be more diligent.

I give my first love to you
Not my story, but a Japanese movie with the title stated above kakaka
Spent a night watching this. My advice, don't watch this if you don't have a box of tissue with you. Quite an old movie, it does worth the time to watch this.
The story is about a boy who has congenital heart disease with life expectancy less than 20 years. This story evolves around 2 little kids who grew up together until they enter high school. The boy who knows his days are numbered, wanted to push away his feelings for the girl and distant himself from her, because he cannot stand to see her cry or hurt her more than he already has. But the love is so strong that despite many hurdles they encountered, they could not leave each other. Until a day the boy brought the girl to have a honeymoon trip, ended up the boy had a heart attack after the trip. He died at age of 16.
I was immensely absorbed into the movie and imagined myself if I were that girl, knowing someone I love would leave me in anytime, and this made me crying the whole night. Tissues wasn't enough to wipe all the tears so I had to use a towel instead -.-
Orait, enough watching romance movie, gotta finish up the case summary. Sayonara!

Coffee moments
The Barista claimed this bottle of honey is authentic and costs a lot ~,~
Left: Honey Latte. Right: Latte. Honey latte tastes better, the honey adds to the fragrance.
Malibu rum + espresso. Once sipping, the caffeine tickled the taste buds. Upon swallowing, you could feel the liquor at back of throat. Good cup.
Too cute to resist. Gonna do this, when im free or rajin keke
