Birthday dinner

My nephew turned 1 on last Saturday. He has grown up a lot. Huge round eyes and little tiny cute mouth, he looks like a girl to me. Haha.

Bentong-KL-Bentong-KL

Yes, I kept travelling back and forth between Bentong and KL since last Sunday.

In the early Sunday morning, we started our journey to Bentong and reached there within 40 mins. Had our Dim Sum breakfast and headed to Chamang Waterfall!

Back to KL and had our dinner. Or maybe I should consider it as our Valentine's Dinner. Hahaha. Because he thought he could not spend some time with me on the exact Valentine's Day due to his first working day, considering the probable OT and massive traffic jam all the way from Puchong during the peak hours.

On 14th Feb, almost everyone went out........So did I. xD. ( He was the earliest one to leave the office to avoid traffic jam and then, picked me up. LOL. Not a kind of attitude one should have on the first day at work. hehehe)

To my extent, I think Valentine's Day is meant for the couples who got along recently or celebrating their first ever Valentine's and for those who seldom meet each other. We do not meet the criterias above, so to us, 14th Feb is just another outing day. Gifts are not a must. The moments of being together that count. Despite of that, I insisted to get him something. HAHAHA

Got up in the morning and back to KL.

Watched this. Great Movie! Due to the public holiday, the cinema was crowded with throngs, especially secondary school students.zzz. And we sat in the first row, that's not nice.

Lost

Things keep mysteriously disappearing!
Firstly, my Lingeries. Not only 1 got missing, but THREE! wth. I could remember I was hanging them on the clothesline, but they all went disappear on the next day...whadda

Then, my BB cream. I used it not even 15 times. I bought it when it was having its promotion.The salesgirl told me it may last up to 3 years. But now, it just gone missing before celebrating its 1st Anniversary...

Then, my Hair clutcher which is black in colour, is another disloyal one. Disappeared before it turns 1. grrrr.

Money comes in during CNY. But it flew off real fast. =(

Chinese New Year 2011 Day 1

Happy bunny year!

CNY Day 1 is always the most hectic for me. We have been organising open house mainly for relatives and friends on Day 1 since more than a decade ago. Daddy ordered Nasi Minyak. Mommy cooked Nasi Dagang and Papaya Rojak all by herself.

At night, we had BBQ, all well-prepared by my cousin. At my house. For 5 consecutive years. =D.

This is so not environment-friendly. Yet convenient.
